Planning permission has been granted for a private new dwelling in Portstewart. The dwelling, which took its inspiration from Dominican College in the town, is a re-interpretation of a fort. The rendered ‘house’ sits upon a heavy stone base (the rock). Planning permission was straight-forward, and was granted within 2 months.
