Planning Service
Bell architects will work for the client to prepare and coordinate the relevant planning documentation, liaising with all necessary authorities on the client’s behalf. Planning in Northern Ireland is often a difficult process, and we assist in the realisation of Planning Approval, and where necessary will introduce our clients to specialist Planning Consultants.
Planning Appeals Commission
Not all applications end in a successful Planning Approval, and sometimes an appeal is necessary. To this end, we will advise our clients on the best way to appeal and whether further consultation is required, oftento the extent of legal representation.
Building Control
We are passionate about all of our projects and prepare building information, detailed design, complete drawings and work closely with contractors, surveyors and engineers to implement each project effectively.
During construction we will carry out site visits to assist the smooth running of the project.
