Rural Architecture
The adopted Planning Policy Statement PPS 21 Sustainable Development in the Countryside was published in July 2010, and now provides the policy for Rural Design in Northern Ireland. We took an active part in the consultation process prior to the publication of PPS 21 final version.
An understanding of PPS 21 is crucial in achieving any design approval of Rural Architecture via Planning Service. We have a vast number of rural buildings in our portfolio ranging from a single farm dwellings to clachan-style residential developments.
